Other Good Stuff

An article about Maddie’s type of Leukemia ABC’s of Infant Leukemia

A funny link about being the parent of a child with Special Needs.

As a cancer mom (and an IS mom), people are always telling me things like, “God doesn’t give you more than you can handle,” and, “if He takes you to it, He’ll take you through it”. But my personal fave is, “God doesn’t give you more than you can handle, but I sure wish he didn’t trust me so much!”

  2. Hi Liz and Maddie,
Just checking on the 2 of you and wanting to wish you both a very Merry Christmas and hope that 2010 brings you everything positive. Jimmy comes in tomorrow and am looking forward to our time together. Please give Brandon our thoughts and prayers for a safe and speedy return. We are always thinking of you and Maddie and the grace with which you have handled everything. The next time you are in Jacksonville give us a call. Bless you.

  3. I just read all about Maddie and your blog. I just played golf with your Mom today at Longview CC and it touched my heart so much how much all of you have been through and I will keep you all in my prayers daily. May God bless you and keep Maddie improving and for all of you to have stamina and keep positive.
